Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • USPS - shipping rates vary depending on the weight
  • Delivery Option is a $2.50 fee, for locals only.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 7 business days. (dough bowls are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks, preorder items may be longer)
  • Free pickup from Elsie, NE is available. Please use comments in checkout or message me with details. Need at least 24hr notice to ensure I will be around.

Returns:

  • Returns are only eligible for store credit
  • Candles must be unburned. If there are any issues with your items, it must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for return. (ex. dough bowls)
  • Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (both original and returns)

2nd Annual Linked in Loss Project – Donations & Nominations Now Open For the second year, I'm honored to continue the Linked in Loss Project through my small business, Y3 Candle Co. This project provides comfort boxes featuring our "In Loving Memory" candle to families who have experienced the loss of a baby and are navigating the difficult journey of grief.

But to make this possible, I need your help!Ways to help:

• Donate to help fund comfort boxes

• Nominate a family who could benefit from receiving one

• Or do both and Sponsor a family and cover the cost of their box

Donations/sponsorships and nominations will be accepted through July 31st. Comfort boxes will be assembled and shipped during August and September, ahead of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month in October.

I am currently accepting donations through Venmo and PayPal. If you would prefer to donate by cash or check, please reach out and we can make arrangements. (Please donate what you want/can but don't feel pressured to do anything. Any and all help is appreciated! **To keep you as informed as possible, $25-30 covers just about all the material and shipping costs for one box, if that helps you in deciding on an amount!)

Behind Y3 Candle Co.

Y3 Candle Co. is a small business located in southwest Nebraska, our company started in 2020 and was first known as Rustic Creek Designs. Y3 Candle Co. is run by Farm Wife/Christian Mom, Amanda (Mandy) Osler. All of our products are handmade/poured with 100% American-grown soybean wax. We wanted to bring a more sustainable, clean, and renewable way to enjoy the popular scents in candles and melts. We strive on being your go to for these products while keeping great customer service and reasonable prices.

Y3 is our family brand and means a lot to us, we chose this name as Faith and Family are our top values. We hope we can bring some of this joy & value to our customers as well.
