Shipping:

• USPS - shipping rates vary depending on the weight
• Delivery Option is a $1.50 fee, for locals only.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 7 business days. (dough bowls are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks, preorder items may be longer)
• Free pickup from Elsie, NE is available. Use code LOCAL, to waive shipping. Please use comments in checkout or message me with details. Need at least 24hr notice to ensure I will be around.

Returns:

• Returns are only eligible for store credit
• Candles must be unburned. If there are any issues with your items, it must be reported within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Personalized items are not eligible for return. (ex. dough bowls)
• Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (both original and returns)
• Broken or damaged items during shipping are eligible for replacement, we must be notified ASAP.
